Narrow path through dense green forest with ferns and trees

Right here with you.

Welcome Fellow Traveller! This Human experience can be a lot, right? There is more beauty and goodness in this world than can be taken in in a single lifetime. But there’s also pain, violence, and heartbreak. We’re not made to go it alone. Counselling, Dear One, is for humans. It’s for when the human experience inevitably goes sideways. It’s for when we don’t want the tough stuff to break us, or impair us from our full and joyful aliveness. Nobody escapes the human journey without hardship, but together, we’ve got this. We all need support to get through and to thrive.

Let me walk with you.
